Potclays and Clay College Making Table

Date Posted: 27 Feb

For the first time at one of our events, we’re delighted to give visitors a chance to get your hands dirty and your mind active by helping to sculpt a collection of objects over the weekend. Hosted by two Stoke-on-Trent stalwarts: Clay College and Potclays, come and have a go at our making table at any time over the weekend and help to create an ever evolving exhibition.

Potclays is a fourth generation family company with 90 years history in Stoke-on-Trent making top quality clay and we’re very grateful to them for providing all the clay for this project.

Unfortunately Ruthanne Tudball has had to withdraw from York Ceramics Fair this year but we look forward to her return in 2024.

Also Richard Robinson will now be replaced by Dianne Cross on Stand 55

York Ceramics Fair is back!

Date Posted: 8 Jan

We took a break to find a new venue, and we're happy now to move to a Springtime slot in the nice bright environs of historic York Racecourse.

We're really pleased with the line-up of ceramicists we're bringing to this 4th instalment, and there are other new elements to the show we'll introduce shortly.
