Tony Laverick

I use porcelain to make vessels and sculptural forms which I then decorate in multiple firings to create an abstract collage of colour and texture using slips, glazes and metals. I use whatever techniques I think will work to achieve the effect I want. I think of the pot as my canvas and the glazes and slips as my paints.
