Individual pieces, thrown and sometimes altered; made in porcelain, based on observations of the coast and sea near my home.
Glazes are usually brushed on in layers, designed to interact in the firing and suggest movement and depth in the surface.
All the work is once-fired to Cone 11 in reduction.
