Handbuilt stoneware sculptures and sculptural vessels with refined, tactile unglazed surfaces. Functional vessels have contrasting glazed interiors. My work features clean lines and simple organic forms in a muted, natural palette. I am influenced by Japanese, African and Scandinavian pottery, ancient clay toys, and animation. My inspiration comes from a lifelong fascination with the natural world.
