Hiro Takahashi

I make sculptural work and functional wares inspired by nature. I enclose my emotion and feeling while I weave clay and apply multiple layers of glazes to resurrect stories. Individual pieces would be decided whether fired in oxidation, reduction, earthenware, Raku or smoke fire in order to bring up its spiritual meaning and narrative.
